salvandro 0 Posted August 18, 2014 Hi guys, just ordered a Daytona, sec@6 (yeah i know all about it, nevermind it! ) with the "improved" movement, Got the QC pics, and from the meter it says the beat rate is 21600. On the website the movement is stated 28800 bph. What should i do? accept or discard it? Help me!!

BC1221 44 Posted August 18, 2014 i couldnt live with a low beat-rate movement if i paid for a high beat. id reject.

salvandro 0 Posted August 18, 2014 (edited) well, i would just like to know if is more or less reliable. Weird because i discard the first one ( for cosmetical reasons) and that one was 28800. then he send me the pictures of the new one, perfect cosmetic, but with this beatrate... and is the TD i Always buy from, Always very kind and gentle, but this time on 2 watches he offered, 2 different problems Edited August 18, 2014 by salvandro
JSJ 0 Posted August 18, 2014 I don't believe there is a current rep Daytona with a working secs@6 and 21600 bph. Something weird going on.

Actually, Nembo on the geek sells them. Non-working chronograph, low beat Daytona with running secs@6. But afaik he has them modded himself, they are not available elsewhere.
