7750 / 7734 sub seconds pinion size

Recommended Posts

Hey guys- quick question.

The 7750 and 7734: do they use the same pinion size for the sub dial hands? Having trouble determining that for sure.

Either PM or post for everyone.

Thanks in advance!

Why would they be the same?

7734: 1.4 .95 .27 .27 .18

7750: 2.0 1.2 .25 .18 .18 .18

Thanks for the info!

So one of the subdials is the same (0.18) but one on the 7734 is larger (0.27).

Trying to find some properly shaped subdial hands and there is a lot more available for the 7750 of course.

Yes, it's quite common with older movements that the 4th wheel is different from the minute counter.
