kier333 0 Posted September 10, 2014 I just picked up a Pam 390 with all the NcChef's mods pics to follow once received. Has anyone had one of these, or anything that NcChef has worked on. The spec of the 390 is as follows: Noob V4 CG H factory crown and crystal. KW dial hands, correct yellow gold. Noob v3 case set. Noob best 6497 movement. All seals greased. Water rated to 10 BAR. I plan to purchase a Swiss ETA movement from Ofrei and swap out the Asian moment.
greg_r 83 Posted September 10, 2014 Whilst the Swiss movement has a slightly better feel than the Asian version, you will lose the engravings on the bridges (unless you swap the bridges over), which will actually make the watch less gen-like. Stick with the Asian movement - they're good quality, reliable and easily serviced.

I have to say the Asian 6497 in my 111 is an amazing time keeper, over a week constantly wearing the watch it gained 12 seconds, we'll within COSC -I was and am amazed. kier333 0 Posted September 12, 2014 I got it on a M2M, was not cheap though and I'm now thinking about selling it and going down the Rolex route.

kiko1314 0 Posted April 13, 2015 DSN makes the best 390 hands IMO. Noob 390 stock +DSN hands are more than enough for this amazing watch.
