(I still need to post pics and a quick review) So now I'm looking to grip my first Panerai. I have to say that the numerous models are quite overwhelming. I would probably like to get a nice strap to suit it up afterwards... Ted su, or combat straps from mtl.... A manual wind would be nice or a swiss eta (Looking for something reliable). I would prob stay away from a 7750 since I find it feels almost loose inside? Lend me a hand, show me some suggestions! Pics are def welcome. Thx everyone! mondeov6 0 Posted October 18, 2010 Hi, If you would like a big watch I can highly recommend the PAM 300 Mare Nostrum. It is 52mm but actually do not wear that big. It has a very reliable as well as beautiful Seagull ST19 handwind movement. (Some call the movement Venus 75 or "Lemania"). Check out Roberts fora, PrestigeWatchCo. Member X 91 Posted October 18, 2010 Things you could decide on which will guide you: Do you want the lever crownguard or do you prefer it without? What size do you want? 40mm, 44mm, 47mm, 52mm, 60mm? Do you want it on a leather strap or metal bracelet? Or want to swap between? Do you want a black dial or a white dial? Handwind or auto?
