PAM 063 Swiss ETA v PAM 088 A7750?

I have had several 063's and 029's. The 063 is my favorite PAM by far. Unfortunately, guys that Red GMT hand never appeared on genuine PAMS, I had one and sold it along with a set of correct hands from DSN. If you really want a correct O063, wait for an old Eddie Lee modded one comes up for sale on the forums, the one with the Swiss ETA2893-2 movement, which was the movement Panerai used in their GMT's before they went to I house movements. Here is the 063 I sold incorrect GMT hand

 

I do not like the red GMT hand, it just doesn't go well with the general design imhop. I will most certainly keep my eyes open for a nice EL63 in the M2M section !

I could be wrong but I believe the 7750 will be much more reliable for that GMT hand than the ETA. I've had lots of problems with GMT watches with ETA or clone hearts before now. Maybe someone can chime in here, I'd actually be quite interested to know

If you are hell bent on a GMT give some consideration to the 297, this is Aston's try and prise it away from him

The 063 and 297 are worlds apart and for the time being I prefer the looks of the 063 with the big sweeping second hand.
