prestigewatchco 2 Posted October 28, 2010 Response times vary and contributing factors can be the content of enquiry also if the enquiry is for a 1-1 Patek grand complication at under $100 may never be responded to. Another reason is also if you have sent a pile of pictures from Gen sites asking if these are repped this will usually be ignored as too time consuming and going nowhere. If your enquiry was about something relevant to a listed watch then there is every possibility you will get a reply in 48 hours but you need to remember it's not always 9am in the country the dealer is. you should check your spam filters as well as your inbox as some of the email servers have filters for some IP locations. You have to remember as well that most dealers have dozens if not 100's of emails a day and they can get lost occasionally so maybe worth resending them Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
