Probably the most expensive watch I'd ever be willing to buy as a gen.

It really depends on what features matter to you.

If it's based on accuracy, a $20 quartz will keep better time than any $10k watch except the new seiko that does +/- 9 s A YEAR.

For classic looks, it's hands down the classic submariner. It's the most replicated/ homaged design in the world.

Classic design. Great in house movement and it looks good with and on just about anything.

Of course everyone's opinions will be different but even if you don't agree, the history of the submariner design is quite impressive.

For me it's my 16 old G-shock , gifted by my parents on my 16th birthday. I still use that watch and I'm 32 now.

For me it is the Omega Speedmaster, first released in 1957, took man to the moon and back and still going strong with the original design.

For me it has got to be the classic 39mm blue-dialed Nautilus, but (almost) any of its guises will do...

Hands down, Patek 5970, all the watch a man could ever need, part dress watch, part sports watch, chrono, perpetual calendar, and it's a Patek!

That's my opinion anyway!
