plankton 1 Posted November 10, 2014 Great piece its a homage to the Rolex DSS deep sea special http://oceanictime.b...engineered.html Wow nice article, thanks Mark. Now you have me really anxious, shit. I found this doing a search on deep divers, didn't realize it was so close to the DSS.

solkryssare 109 Posted November 11, 2014 Cool looking piece of horological praise to a legend....... Congrats Just like the original, this is not a dive watch. Thats a fact. It's a watch capable of descending to depths only accessible by 3-4 submarines in the world. Its a "because we can" - technical creation......and there is nothing wrong with that at all. plankton 1 Posted November 12, 2014 Wow--it will be cool to see the patina develop on all that bronze. Even the buckle looks badass. Nice work. I am much to anal to allow patina at first. Lemon bath coming before i put it on!!!!

Lemon bath coming before i put it on!!!! Either way--cool piece. I have one bronze watch, a pilot, so it a lot of dial and much less case than what you have. At first it looked almost rose gold. I like the less blingy patinaed look it has now. Enjoy this one. Hope to see pics pop up in the wrist check threads soon!
