GenTLe 1,510 Posted November 15, 2014 Hi all, I started to unassemble another 7750 and the Balance cock incabloc spring got broken as soon as I touched it. Also, i didn't manage to separate end-stone from the jewel hole on the main plate incabloc. Normally some time in the ultrasonic cleaner is enough, but this one looks like has something wrong. Ssteel or 10:10 or whoever have these info, do you know which are the codes to order the replacement parts for these things? At cousins there are a lot of codes and the incabloc web sites doesn't really help in this sense... The larger external diameter of the jewel hole is 1,32mm. I have around a set for gen ETA 2836 (Inca 111.09 and 122.11) and its diameter is 1.34mm, don't know if they can be used, but still I have problems with the right inca spring. So: main plate incabloc jewel hole and end stone / balance cock inca spring. Thanks, GenTLe
umecha 0 Posted November 15, 2014 Looking at the ETA tech doc the balance jewels have part numbers 3024 and 3025. Here they are on cousinsUK too. I'm not very familiar with the 7750 but I think those are what you're after.
umecha 0 Posted November 15, 2014 There are some pics of the parts here if want to check: http://www.startimesupply.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=1&Category_Code=1H-Parts-Movt-IntParts-Val-1&offset=
GenTLe 1,510 Posted November 15, 2014 Thanks Umecha. These I was able to find by my self too: at Incabloc site there are all the tables. The problem is that with the clones these details aren't necessary the same as gen ETA, so the best is to have some of the matchmakers that work on reps that already know what is really mounted on those clones. But I appreciate your willingness:)
umecha 0 Posted November 15, 2014 Oops, must've glossed over the 'A' part in the title, I thought you were asking about the eta version. Sorry I can't be of more help. Best of luck!
GenTLe 1,510 Posted November 16, 2014 Ok, trying to mesure the incablock assembly of the asian 7750, the most dimensionally similar ones are the a ) 160.12.300 http://www.incabloc..../sus100_en.html b ) 944.22.290 http://www.incabloc..../sus900_en.html Therefore, based on these 2 docs: http://www.phfactor....20HP,%20HPP.pdf and http://www.phfactor....0-%20Peseux.pdf the related jewel hole/endstone/lyra-spring are: a) 111.10/121.11/170.03 b ) 911.09/922.11/974.03 I ordered them, and let's hope to get the right ones...
