SOLD - Tasmanian Burl Myrtle - Baron Fountain pen (25)

Recommended Posts

graman

Finally, the Baron fountain pen has arrived!

This is a piston filler, but also takes regular cartridges.

Goes beautifully with Tasmanian Burl Myrtle, or "curly myrtle", with it's deep and complex grain.

This has a CA finish in a semi gloss, creating some eye catching accents with the chrome fittings.

Point is iridium, sourced from Germany.

Lovely pen - balanced beautifully when the cap is posted.

$80USD +$12USD shipping by normal airmal

Australian shipping is $5AUD.

Yep, that and the Eucalyptus burl were in my sights but I went for the Euc in the end. Difficult decision, I drooled for ages! Would have had this one too but decided to buy Madam one of Graman's others for Christmas

Greg you'd get used to using this fountain pen very quickly. Don't be afraid, you're never too old to learn, and what better to learn on than a piece of high quality technology and art. ;)

Well stated BL...I am tempted to get this one too and I don't even have the first one yet...

I need to go to the PO today because today is the day it should be arriving. I know, I know...it is theoretical. But, going to the PO Box is like looking for Schrodinger's cat....Catweazle would have put Schrodinger in the box. Now, we can all discuss quantum theory for the paradox of whether or not the pen will be in the mailbox or not. Just jump in...any of you theoretical physicists.

Beautiful pen Graman...another beautiful work of art...and gentlemen, the fountain pens are coming out just in time for Christmas....Custom, handmade, beautiful fountain pens...

Mystery Shopper

Arrived today and looks sensational. It feels weightless and seems to glide across the paper. I'll use it at an all day meeting tomorrow- it will help me get through. Cheers G. :D
