Winding problem?

Recommended Posts

Anthony*1989

Hello folks, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light.

I have a project x stealth sub here with Asian Clone 2836-2

The watch keeps good time and power. I can adjust time and date okay but when trying to screw back I hear some winding movement and then like a clicking/springy sound. It feels very rough to tighten up and sometimes the hands will jump when it tightens =/

Annoyingly I have the same issues on my Two Tone Sub with Asian Clone 2836-2 Modified to Rolex Calibre 3135 Markings and Bridges

But on this one also.. the second hand moves back and forth a couple of seconds as im changing time

Can anyone tell me what may the problem?

Regards

Anthony

Could be any number of things from a movement clamp come undone, thus causing the movement to be slightly out of alignment for the stem to operate correctly, or it could well be signs that the keyless work is in need of servicing.

Or simply a crown that doesn't properly disengage from the stem (short stem?)
