spboudart 0 Posted November 18, 2010 I know watcheden isn't trusted here and even not too appreciated, but sharing a positive experience has always been one of the basic principle of this forum, so here's one: A few months back I ordered a nice Vertu Ferrari cell phone. The phone arrived after afew day and was just awesome, except that it didn't work with my operator. I tested it with another operator and it was just perfect. The only problem is that I'm with this operator for more than 15 years and was not about to change. I emailed Emily at WE and mail them back the phone. Once received Emily told me the phone was working fine, as stated above: no news! The factory ended telling her that any new phone that they'd supply would end up not working with my operator, so Emily proposed me to choose a watch. I choose the Tag 69, as I had it before (broke it) and found it fun. The watch was 9$ above the phone price but Emily said I had nothing to pay due to the hassle I had to go through.
