Scratched up the crystal on a planet ocean rep from trusty time. Need a place that can repair it for me. I'm on the east coast of United States. Any suggestions?

It might just be the outer AR coating that got scratched. If so, you can buff the rest of the coating off with a dremel and car cleaner wax. Cape Cod cloth does a decent job too.
