sbryantgb 0 Posted February 9, 2015 (edited) I decided to find out what Seiko ownership is all about and have purchased one. I don't know if it's a good model to buy but I felt the price was right. If someone can tell me what model it is from the pic's that would be great as I need to order a strap for it and have no idea what the lug size is. (current strap is set to a 7" wrist with no spare links and I have an 8" wrist). Any advice and info on the watch would be well appreciated. sbryantgb 0 Posted February 11, 2015 (edited) Thank you both, and that's one good looking Seiko Pharmo The original strap did turn out to be long enough for me, and although good looking I found it to be rather rattlley. the watch itself is smaller than I am used to, but that's not a bad thing since this watch will wear very well with dress shirts. I do find the dial to be a little fussy and it takes a moment or two to locate the hands since the hour markers are so large, but again in the watch's defence my eyesight is not the greatest. I was looking forward to the famous Seiko lume, but this watch has no lume :(. And there in lies the problem.... I'm going to have to buy another Seiko :) On a reread it sounds like I'm a bit down on the watch, which I'm not I think it is an elegant well made piece which I shall be very happy to wear daily.
