This is a bit of an issue with me.... I'm 50 and old habits are hard to break - Hell, at this point, not much is going to change about my watch behavior:

So - I have always worn my watches at night - How else do you know when your late for something important when you wake up ?

Exception: If she had long hair and it got tangled in my watch, I'd take it off before I went to "sleep". Otherwise, wear it.

Now, generally, there are two basics:

Watches with leather straps - no - I take them off at night and put them in the watch box.

Watches with metal bands - Yes,

When I wake up the first thing I do is check the time (stare at my left wrist). This started 35 years ago, not going to change.

After voting and seeing the results, I'm surprised by the amount of people who sleep with a watch on lol.

Me too. I very rarely need to tell the time while asleep, and when I wake up I look at my alarm clock or phone, as they are conveniently equipped with lights to allow them to be seen in dark, rather than crappy lume that only lasts ten minutes

Very embarrassing when you shine a UV light to show off the lume to your boss, and parts of the bracelet glow.
