Google should find it. Pictures are shit of the movement which never bodes well but if he's willing to meet at Weirs and let them open and authenticate prior to sale then probably legit. Whether its good value? Well not a moonwatch so don't think as desirable as other speedies. Quick check on chrono24 and watchrecon will give you an idea of usual asking prices.
