Pam problem

I have a 113 that is hand wound it used to keep great time but it has started to run 20mins slow , it will loose 20mins in the first hour or so but doesnt loose any more .

I thought it would continue to loose but no

Any ideas ???

Apart from set it 20 mins fast

no clue my friend. So it looses 20 minutes as soon as you wind it up, then it regulates back to normal?
