Now we can pick away at the semantics of it, but you have clearly attempted to give the impression both in public and privately to me that UKWS was sending customers your way - implying some sort of approval of your work. This is emphatically not the case. Now I suggest you quit whining and deal. You are not being victimised, but we have a duty to the membership to ensure that your shameless attempts at self-promotion are tempered by some actual facts. Your work is not endorsed by UKWS and never has been. I would also have to point out that, due to the nature and number of issues that have been reported to us, you are not endorsed by this board. Again, this is not victimisation - we have gone out of our way to be fair with you - but this is now getting bloody ridiculous. Once again I must point out to those reading this that RWG has a list of trusted suppliers & service providers. If you choose to do business with someone not on that list, that is your prerogative, but we cannot attest to the quality of the work, nor will we be able to offer much help if things go pear-shaped.
